Build or repair a custom stretched-canvas frame with one matched pair of professional wooden bars measuring 406mm (16").

What You Receive

  • Quantity: 1 matched pair (2 bars of the same length)
  • Wooden wedges: 2 included

Key Features

  • Bar length: 406mm (16")
  • Profile: Approx. 19mm deep × 35mm wide
  • Joints: Precision-machined slotted corners
  • Edges: Rounded and bevelled to help prevent bar impressions through the canvas
  • Material: Finger-jointed slow-growing Baltic pine
  • Certification: FSC Mix 70%
  • Country of origin: United Kingdom

Assembly & Tensioning

Use one pair for one side of the frame and another pair for the other side. A complete four-sided frame therefore requires two pairs.

The supplied wedges fit into the slotted corner joints and can be tapped in gently if the canvas needs re-tensioning in the future.
