SpringLOCK Anti-Theft Picture & Mirror Hanging System

SpringLOCK is an anti-theft picture and mirror hanging system designed to secure frames to a wall. It fits over most No. 6, 8 or 10 wall screws; leave approximately 3mm clearance under the screw head before engaging the lock.

Developed and made in the UK, the system is suitable for homes as well as hotels, restaurants, public buildings, galleries and other locations where a more secure frame fixing is required.

Side-by-Side Method

Two SpringLOCK bridges are fitted to the rear of the frame. The bridges locate over corresponding wall screws and the locks are pushed home by thumb pressure.

Each 1-frame kit contains:

  • 2 x SpringLOCK clips/locks
  • 2 x bridges
  • 4 x fixing screws for the frame hardware

Release tool: not included unless specifically selected or stated.

Top Slot Method

Two top-slot hanging brackets are fixed along the top of the frame and a SpringLOCK bridge is fitted centrally at the bottom. A marker button can be used in the bridge to mark the lower wall-screw position before the lock is pushed home.

Each 1-frame kit contains:

  • 1 x SpringLOCK clip/lock
  • 1 x bridge
  • 2 x top-slot hanging brackets
  • 6 x fixing screws for the frame hardware

Release Tool

The SpringLOCK release tool slides behind the frame to withdraw and release the lock. The tool is approximately 111mm long.

Marker Button

The marker button fits into a SpringLOCK bridge and is used to mark the corresponding wall-screw position.
