Product photographs are intended to represent products as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

For handmade, natural or craft products, minor variations may occur where this is inherent to the nature of the product.

Any important product dimensions, materials, quantities, age recommendations or safety information will be provided in the relevant product description where applicable.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless stated otherwise.

Any applicable taxes will be dealt with as shown on the website and at checkout.

Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown before you complete your order.

9. Personalised products

Where we offer personalised, customised or made-to-order products, you are responsible for checking that any names, wording, colours, sizes or other personalised information you submit are correct.

Once production has started, we may not be able to change or cancel a personalised order.

Your statutory rights in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are not affected.

The content of this website, including our original text, graphics, photographs, branding and designs, belongs to us or is used with the permission of the relevant rights holder.

You may use the website for personal shopping purposes but must not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or misuse protected website content without appropriate permission.
