Order processing

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1 - 2 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

The amount charged may depend on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Delivery times

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated times shown on our website or at checkout.

Unless we have agreed a different delivery period with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of your order.

Occasionally delays may occur because of postal or courier disruption, severe weather, busy seasonal periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the dispatch process.

Missing or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@magicofartsandcrafts.co.uk with your order number.

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and the affected products where possible and contact us so that we can investigate.

International orders

International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices unless expressly stated otherwise.
