RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Magic of Arts and Crafts.

Change-of-mind returns

If you purchase goods from us online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, unless an exception applies.

To request a return, please contact us at info@magicofartsandcrafts.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the goods to us.

Items should be returned in their original condition. You may inspect an item as you would in a shop, but we may make an appropriate deduction from your refund if the value of the item has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Please do not send a return until you have contacted us and received the appropriate return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned goods, we will inspect them and process any refund due.

Where you exercise your legal right to cancel, we will refund the amount paid for the returned goods together with the cost of our standard delivery service, where applicable. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, the additional delivery cost is not refundable.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@magicofartsandcrafts.co.uk as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the problem.

We will arrange an appropriate refund, repair or replacement in accordance with your statutory rights. We will cover reasonable return costs where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Personalised and custom-made products

Unless they are faulty or not as described, products that have been personalised, customised or made specifically to your requirements cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
